During the Cinekid Festival 2015 in Groningen we introduced our brand new 3D Stop-motion animation sets. With stereoscopic camera’s and newly developed stopmotion software, participants can create animated shorts that can be viewed with special 3D glasses. The created movies can be watched on our Nou&Herkauw YouTube channel.
Currently we are preparing 3 installations and workshops for Cinekid Amsterdam and Cinekid Groningen. A brand new version of the populair installation Mutant Me, a stereoscopic 3D animation workshop, and VR Tropolis! VR TRopolis is a virtual reality version of MyMetropolis were you can craft you own VR game and play it with your DIY VR glasses. See you at Cinekid! 3D StopTrain Scanner 🙂
Here is the final result of the Stoptrain that drove his laps during the 13 days of the festival. Per day two and a half rounds were driven, while about 1,000 photos were taken.
The Dancing Puppets dance in the middle of the centre of Utrecht, starting today March 27, during the Tweetakt Kaap festival. On the other site of this beautiful festival, Fort Ruigenhoek, the Stoptrein starts driving on the 6th of April. You can also make some weird collages of yourself with MutantMe.
